SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE - lπŸ‘©‍πŸ«πŸ‘©‍🏫

During the second week of my school experience, I had a truly wonderful time filled with different activities. The school conducted a special assembly in memory of a respected teacher who had served there in the past. It was a moment of reflection and respect, reminding us of the valuable contributions teachers make in shaping young minds. I also got several substitution hours, which gave me the chance to focus on teaching as well as managing classrooms. Along with this, I assisted other teachers in their duties, such as revaluation of papers and preparing number cards for volunteers. These tasks helped me understand the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that teachers take up beyond classroom teaching. The week also brought some unexpected breaks. A few holidays were declared following the passing away of former Chief Minister V. S. Achuthanandan, and towards the end of the week, a strike resulted in the cancellation of classes. SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE I πŸ‘©‍πŸ«πŸ‘©‍🏫

The Initiation of My School Internship My school internship marks the very first hands-on experience of stepping into the role of a teacher. It was a memorable beginning — one that filled me with both excitement and nervousness during the initial days. On our arrival, the Principal, Mrs. Shyni Ma’am, welcomed us warmly, which instantly made us feel comfortable and valued. I was allotted to St. John’s Mattom Higher Secondary School, Thattarambalam along with my colleague, Aradhana. Together, we visited the office, marked our attendance, and were guided to our allotted space — a classroom arranged as our staff room. I felt a sense of belonging the moment I stepped in. The ambience of our staff room was something I truly cherished, especially because of the beautiful field that stretched beside the building. The calm and refreshing environment gave me a positive energy to begin my journey as a teacher. Mery miss  instructed as to interact with the pupil first.Teachers help...

🌴πŸͺ΄πŸŒ³ENVIRONMENT DAY 🌳πŸͺ΄πŸŒ΄

On June 5, World Environment Day was celebrated in our college with great enthusiasm. As part of the celebration, we student teachers took part in a tree planting program organized on the college ground. The event began with the distribution of saplings among club members, symbolizing our collective responsibility toward protecting nature. Each participant received one or two plants to contribute to the greening of the campus. After the distribution, both students and teachers actively joined in planting the trees in the college ground. The atmosphere was filled with joy and a sense of purpose as everyone participated wholeheartedly. To mark the significance of the day, we sang a beautiful song related to tree planting and environmental protection. The event reminded us of the importance of nurturing nature and encouraged us to take small steps every day toward a greener and healthier planet.
