INNOVATIVE WORK - 3rd SEMESTER I prepared an innovative work on the topic “Difference Between Public Company and Private Company” as part of my B.Ed curriculum. The model was created using thermocol, cardboard, and color paper to make the concept attractive and easy to understand. This activity focused on helping students learn the key differences between a public company and a private company in terms of membership, number of directors, index of members, share subscription, and public invitation.Students actively participated in the session, observed the model with interest, and identified the differences on their own. The activity encouraged self-learning and made the concept clear and engaging. Overall, it was a creative and effective learning experience, helping students gain a better understanding of company forms through innovation and participation.
As part of our B. Ed curriculum we felt the need to organize a community living camp in our college. It is an opportunity for the student teachers to develop critical thinking about various social and educational issues. The outcome brings in self- identities, self -worth, self -esteem ,leadership and self- respect ,build personal competencies. The theme of our community living camp is WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN LEADERSHIP and WOMEN HEALTH AND HYGIENE. The name of our camp is AVAL . Day - 1 The first day of the ‘Aval’ Community Living Camp held on 15/10/2025 at Jameela Beevi Memorial College of Teacher Education began with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated by Smt. Priya Y., Assistant Inspector, Kayamkulam, and the day’s theme was “Women Empowerment.” A theatre workshop led by Mr. Sajith N.S., Assistant Professor, Christ College, Irinjalakuda, inspired teacher trainees to build confidence, leadership, and determination.
