    These are the unforgettable experiences of teaching at Muthukulam Samajam HSS. As I stepped into the classroom, I felt a mix of excitement and nerves. The faces of my students, eager and curious, reminded me of my own childhood dreams. Engaging them in discussions and watching their eyes light up with understanding made every moment worthwhile. It was a powerful reminder of why I wanted to teach in the first place.

     Additionally, collaborating with fellow teachers during the orientation period was incredibly enriching. We shared ideas, strategies, and stories, all while building a supportive community. Their encouragement and guidance reinforced my commitment to education and inspired me to strive for excellence in my teaching journey. These experiences solidified my belief that I was exactly where I was meant to be.

INNOVATIVE WORK  - 3rd SEMESTER  I prepared an innovative work on the topic “Difference Between Public Company and Private Company” as part of my B.Ed curriculum. The model was created using thermocol, cardboard, and color paper to make the concept attractive and easy to understand. This activity focused on helping students learn the key differences between a public company and a private company in terms of membership, number of directors, index of members, share subscription, and public invitation.Students actively participated in the session, observed the model with interest, and identified the differences on their own. The activity encouraged self-learning and made the concept clear and engaging. Overall, it was a creative and effective learning experience, helping students gain a better understanding of company forms through innovation and participation.

As part of our B. Ed curriculum we felt the need to organize a community living camp in our college. It is an opportunity for the student teachers to develop critical thinking about various social and educational issues. The outcome brings in self- identities, self -worth, self -esteem ,leadership and self- respect ,build personal competencies. The theme of our community living camp is WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, WOMEN   ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN LEADERSHIP and WOMEN HEALTH AND HYGIENE. The name of our camp is AVAL . Day - 1 The first day of the ‘Aval’ Community Living Camp held on 15/10/2025 at Jameela Beevi Memorial College of Teacher Education began with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated by Smt.
