💪COLLEGE UNION INAUGURATION 💪

The College Union Programme at JBMCTE, Kayamkulam, is set to be an exciting and meaningful event, bringing together students, faculty, and esteemed guests. The program will commence with a prayer song, followed by a welcome speech by Jyothi K.S., the College Union Staff Advisor. The Presidential Address will be delivered by Smt. Rekha R., the Principal of JBMCTE, marking the beginning of a vibrant celebration. A special session revealing the name of the College Union, themed "à´žà´™്ങളിൽ à´¨ിà´¨്à´¨ും നമ്മളിà´²േà´•്à´•്," will be a highlight of the event. Adding to the spirit of the occasion, Adheena, known as the Nightingale of JBMCTE, will perform a soulful song.
The formal inauguration will be graced by Chief Guest Sri. Revikumar M.P., an HSST Economics teacher, NSS Coordinator, and a renowned Nadan Paattu singer. The College Union Badging Ceremony will follow, emphasizing the responsibilities of student leadership. The event will also include felicitation speeches from distinguished faculty members and the PTA President. An interactive session, "à´ªാà´Ÿ്à´Ÿും പറച്à´šിà´²ും," will encourage student participation, making the event more engaging. A significant highlight of the event will be the College Union Name Revealing Session, introducing "ADWAYA", symbolizing unity and strength. 
As a token of appreciation, Smt. Rekha R., the Principal of JBMCTE, will present a memento to Sri. Revikumar M.P. for his valuable presence and contributions. Smt. Divya will honor him with a book, symbolizing knowledge and gratitude, while Smt. Jyothi will offer a rose flower, representing respect and warmth. 
The afternoon session will be filled with cultural performances, including dances by the Arts Club, Women's Club, and Sports Club, along with musical performances by the Nature Club. The Social Service Club will present a powerful and inspiring session where students will represent famous strong women from history and modern times, and students will enact the classic drama Paathummayude Aadu. 
The program will conclude with a vote of thanks by Chairperson Fathima J., followed by the National Anthem. Finally, the celebration will reach its peak as all students join together for a grand dance performance, symbolizing unity and joy.

INNOVATIVE WORK  - 3rd SEMESTER  I prepared an innovative work on the topic “Difference Between Public Company and Private Company” as part of my B.Ed curriculum. The model was created using thermocol, cardboard, and color paper to make the concept attractive and easy to understand. This activity focused on helping students learn the key differences between a public company and a private company in terms of membership, number of directors, index of members, share subscription, and public invitation.Students actively participated in the session, observed the model with interest, and identified the differences on their own. The activity encouraged self-learning and made the concept clear and engaging. Overall, it was a creative and effective learning experience, helping students gain a better understanding of company forms through innovation and participation.

As part of our B. Ed curriculum we felt the need to organize a community living camp in our college. It is an opportunity for the student teachers to develop critical thinking about various social and educational issues. The outcome brings in self- identities, self -worth, self -esteem ,leadership and self- respect ,build personal competencies. The theme of our community living camp is WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, WOMEN   ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN LEADERSHIP and WOMEN HEALTH AND HYGIENE. The name of our camp is AVAL . Day - 1 The first day of the ‘Aval’ Community Living Camp held on 15/10/2025 at Jameela Beevi Memorial College of Teacher Education began with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated by Smt.
