SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE - l πŸ‘©‍πŸ«πŸ‘©‍🏫

The fourth week at school was yet another meaningful experience. I continued with my classes, and the students participated actively as usual. They were eager to clear their doubts by asking questions, which made the sessions more interactive and engaging. Classroom management and discipline were well-maintained, which created a positive environment for effective teaching and learning.
This week also gave me some free time to explore the school more closely. I got the opportunity to visit different parts of the campus such as the ground, auditorium, and high school section. I also witnessed the SPC parade, which reflected discipline, coordination, and team spirit among the students. These moments gave me a broader view of the vibrant school life beyond classrooms.
Another special experience was visiting the Vanambadi room (school radio station) during my free hours. The beautifully arranged room with lights and music created a unique atmosphere. Listening to the songs and seeing the setup was refreshing and inspiring. Overall, the fourth week was a wonderful blend of teaching, exploration, and new experiences that enriched my school journey.

INNOVATIVE WORK  - 3rd SEMESTER  I prepared an innovative work on the topic “Difference Between Public Company and Private Company” as part of my B.Ed curriculum. The model was created using thermocol, cardboard, and color paper to make the concept attractive and easy to understand. This activity focused on helping students learn the key differences between a public company and a private company in terms of membership, number of directors, index of members, share subscription, and public invitation.Students actively participated in the session, observed the model with interest, and identified the differences on their own. The activity encouraged self-learning and made the concept clear and engaging. Overall, it was a creative and effective learning experience, helping students gain a better understanding of company forms through innovation and participation.

As part of our B. Ed curriculum we felt the need to organize a community living camp in our college. It is an opportunity for the student teachers to develop critical thinking about various social and educational issues. The outcome brings in self- identities, self -worth, self -esteem ,leadership and self- respect ,build personal competencies. The theme of our community living camp is WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, WOMEN   ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN LEADERSHIP and WOMEN HEALTH AND HYGIENE. The name of our camp is AVAL . Day - 1 The first day of the ‘Aval’ Community Living Camp held on 15/10/2025 at Jameela Beevi Memorial College of Teacher Education began with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated by Smt.
