SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE - I

During the final week of my teaching practice, I conducted an achievement test for the students, which they attended with interest. On the following day, we had a yoga observation session under the guidance of Yoga Sir, Fazeel Shaji, in the school auditorium. The calm and spacious environment made the session more effective, where students actively took part in warm-up exercises, various asanas, and pranayama practices.
On the third day, after evaluating the achievement test papers, I found that some students had not performed up to the mark, so I prepared a remedial lesson plan and taught them once again for better understanding. Later, as part of our philosophy subject work, we organized a conscientization program on the theme of peace education for high school students.
On the following day, I conducted a diagnostic test for the students who had failed earlier and, in the afternoon, engaged the class in a sociometry activity where they identified cliques, mutuals, isolates, and stars. The students enjoyed this activity with enthusiasm.
On the last day, we met the principal, teachers, non-teaching staff, and students to express our gratitude, share sweets, and inform them about our return in the next phase. This farewell moment was filled with warmth and appreciation. I completed the week with a deep sense of satisfaction, carrying with me fond memories and valuable experiences that enriched my teaching journey.
