SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE - II πŸ‘©‍πŸ«πŸ‘©‍🏫

School Internship Phase II commenced on November 13, 2025, and I was allotted to St. John’s Higher Secondary School, Mattom. On the first day, we were warmly welcomed by the school authorities. After signing the attendance register in the principal’s office, the concerned teachers allotted our classes. The teachers and school staff were highly cooperative and supportive in every situation. On the very first day, I conducted an introductory session with the students, followed by teaching a class using a prepared lesson plan. From the first day onwards, I actively engaged in teaching activities.
The students were very cooperative and interacted well with me. Before starting the lesson, I had a brief informal conversation with them, which helped in building rapport. By following the lesson plan systematically, I conducted the class effectively and made efforts to integrate practical business concepts into the teaching–learning process rather than limiting it to textbook knowledge. I was also allotted a Plus Two class for classroom management, which provided valuable experience in handling senior secondary students.
On the second day, there was no substitution hour in Plus One; however, I again received a Plus Two class for classroom management. This opportunity helped me further develop my classroom control skills and understand student behavior better, contributing positively to my teaching experience.

INNOVATIVE WORK  - 3rd SEMESTER  I prepared an innovative work on the topic “Difference Between Public Company and Private Company” as part of my B.Ed curriculum. The model was created using thermocol, cardboard, and color paper to make the concept attractive and easy to understand. This activity focused on helping students learn the key differences between a public company and a private company in terms of membership, number of directors, index of members, share subscription, and public invitation.Students actively participated in the session, observed the model with interest, and identified the differences on their own. The activity encouraged self-learning and made the concept clear and engaging. Overall, it was a creative and effective learning experience, helping students gain a better understanding of company forms through innovation and participation.

⛺⛺COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP⛺⛺

As part of our B. Ed curriculum we felt the need to organize a community living camp in our college. It is an opportunity for the student teachers to develop critical thinking about various social and educational issues. The outcome brings in self- identities, self -worth, self -esteem ,leadership and self- respect ,build personal competencies. The theme of our community living camp is WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, WOMEN   ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN LEADERSHIP and WOMEN HEALTH AND HYGIENE. The name of our camp is AVAL . Day - 1 The first day of the ‘Aval’ Community Living Camp held on 15/10/2025 at Jameela Beevi Memorial College of Teacher Education began with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated by Smt.
