This innovative work prepared for the Fourth Semester effectively presents the topic “Role of Commerce and Industry Associations in the Promotion of Internal Trade” through a creative scrolling wheel model, where each segment clearly highlights key aspects such as interstate movement of goods, excise duty, octroi and other local levies, labour legislation, marketing of agricultural products and related issues, harmonisation of sales tax and VAT, and promotion of sound infrastructure; the attractive visual design and systematic arrangement of concepts helped students to easily grasp complex ideas, encouraged active participation, and stimulated meaningful discussion, as learners enthusiastically interacted with the model, explained each component with confidence, and demonstrated a deeper understanding of how commerce and industry associations contribute to the smooth functioning and development of internal trade, making the activity both engaging and academically enriching.

INNOVATIVE WORK  - 3rd SEMESTER  I prepared an innovative work on the topic “Difference Between Public Company and Private Company” as part of my B.Ed curriculum. The model was created using thermocol, cardboard, and color paper to make the concept attractive and easy to understand. This activity focused on helping students learn the key differences between a public company and a private company in terms of membership, number of directors, index of members, share subscription, and public invitation.Students actively participated in the session, observed the model with interest, and identified the differences on their own. The activity encouraged self-learning and made the concept clear and engaging. Overall, it was a creative and effective learning experience, helping students gain a better understanding of company forms through innovation and participation.

As part of our B. Ed curriculum we felt the need to organize a community living camp in our college. It is an opportunity for the student teachers to develop critical thinking about various social and educational issues. The outcome brings in self- identities, self -worth, self -esteem ,leadership and self- respect ,build personal competencies. The theme of our community living camp is WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, WOMEN   ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN LEADERSHIP and WOMEN HEALTH AND HYGIENE. The name of our camp is AVAL . Day - 1 The first day of the ‘Aval’ Community Living Camp held on 15/10/2025 at Jameela Beevi Memorial College of Teacher Education began with great enthusiasm. The camp was inaugurated by Smt.
